Protecting your personal data is very important to us. MCDoctor.ai analyzes Minecraft logs to help you identify issues and fix them more easily. We only store the minimum amount of information required to operate the service reliably and securely.

Which Data We Store and Why
1. Uploaded Logs
When you upload or paste a Minecraft log into MCDoctor.ai, it is temporarily stored on our servers to perform an automated analysis using our AI tools. Logs may contain sensitive information such as usernames, plugin lists, IP addresses, mod details, or server configuration data.
MCDoctor.ai attempts to remove or anonymize personal data whenever technically possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all personal information is always removed.
Uploaded logs are stored for up to 90 days after the last access so you can revisit your analysis history. After this period, they are automatically deleted.
2. Account Data
If you create a free account, we store:
- Your email address (used for login and account recovery)
- A securely hashed password (we never store the plaintext)
- Your token balance and analysis history
- Your API key (if generated)
You can delete your account at any time from the panel settings.
3. Dataset Generation (Optional & Anonymized)
To improve diagnostic accuracy, we may keep an anonymized version of your processed log. All personal information is removed during anonymization.
These anonymized datasets are never shared with third parties and are used only to improve MCDoctor.ai.
4. Website Requests (Technical Data)
For security and operational stability, the following technical data may be logged:
- Requested URL
- An anonymized IP hash
- Session ID
- User agent and device type
- Timestamp
Kept for a maximum of 24 hours, used only to detect abuse, fix outages, ensure stability.
5. Usage Analytics (Cookie-less)
We use Fathom Analytics (cookie-less). No personal data is shared, no cross-site tracking.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Only Starlancer Srl and its infrastructure providers, to the extent technically necessary. MCDoctor.ai is hosted on secure European infrastructure.
No third party receives access to your logs, datasets, or analytics unless legally required.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
